What I built
A local web app that transforms LiveAuctioneers watch listings into persistent, enriched research records. Four modes: Tracked Lots (live auction monitoring), Inventory Explorer (search and filter), Budget Planner (bid strategy by tier), and Results Analysis (post-auction tracking). AI enrichment adds brand intelligence, complication breakdowns, and condition analysis to every listing.
Why I built it
I’m a watch person — not in the “I own a Patek Philippe” sense, more in the “I’ll spend 45 minutes reading about hesalite crystals” sense. Watch auctions are information-dense and move fast. I was manually researching lots, losing track of pieces I’d flagged, and making bid decisions based on gut alone. I built this to give myself a real research workflow — the kind that surfaces the right information at the right moment.
