What I built
A single-page F1 season dashboard: a race calendar where selecting any round reveals an animated SVG circuit outline and race details; a zoomable world map with 24 color-coded markers (one per circuit) that sync with the calendar; and a team & driver grid for the full 2026 lineup. Countdown timers to the next race. GSAP scroll animations throughout.
Why I built it
I wanted to test whether Codex + Perplexity MCP could go from research prompt to visualization in a single session. Pointed Codex at the 2026 season data, asked it to compile teams, race dates, locations, and drivers — then told it to build a tracker with racing-themed styling and modern animations. The result showed up in hours. This was a proof of concept for an entire workflow: deep research → structured data → interactive visualization, no manual data entry.
